Marketing Associate

Salary: PHP 19,000 - 22,000 per month

Location: Quezon City (on-site)

Awards Central Philippines Inc. is looking for a creative, motivated, and results-oriented Marketing Associate to join our growing team!

We are seeking a candidate who can support marketing campaigns, develop engaging content, assist in promotional activities, and help strengthen the company's brand presence.

Job summary

The Marketing Associate supports the planning and implementation of marketing strategies, promotional campaigns, content creation, market research, and other marketing activities to increase brand awareness, promote company products, and support business growth.

Duties and responsibilities

• Assist in planning and implementing marketing campaigns and promotional activities
• Create marketing materials, promotional content, and social media posts
• Manage and update the company's social media platforms
• Assist in developing marketing strategies to promote company products and services
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
• Coordinate with the Sales, Design, and Production departments for marketing requirements
• Support product promotions, events, exhibitions, and other company activities
• Monitor campaign performance, social media engagement, and marketing results
• Help maintain consistent branding across marketing materials and platforms
• Perform other marketing-related duties as assigned by management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising, Communications, or a related field
• At least 1 year of relevant marketing experience is preferred; fresh graduates with relevant skills are welcome to apply
• Knowledge of digital marketing, social media management, and content creation
• Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms
• Basic graphic design skills using Canva or similar tools are an advantage
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Creative, organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn
• Able to work independently and collaboratively with different departments
• Willing to work onsite in Quezon City
