Marketing Assistant

Salary: From PHP 18,000 per month

Location: Sta. Mesa Heights, Quezon City (in person)

Job type: Full-time, permanent (fresh graduates welcome)

Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Ceramica de Milano is looking for a creative, organized, and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support the company's marketing operations, digital inventory management, and promotional activities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the digital inventory of tile samples, ensuring product information, specifications, and records are accurate and up to date
• Prepare and update electronic catalogues (e-catalogues) featuring the company's tile collections and product offerings
• Manage the company's social media platforms, including content preparation, posting, and monitoring
• Create and organize digital marketing materials, product presentations, and promotional content
• Assist in implementing marketing campaigns and other promotional initiatives
• Coordinate with internal departments to obtain accurate product information, images, and specifications for marketing materials
• Provide marketing support for product launches, client presentations, and other company activities
• Maintain organized digital files, product images, catalogues, and other marketing resources
• Perform other marketing-related tasks and services as assigned

Qualifications

• Graduate of any undergraduate course; preferably Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Highly detail-oriented, systematic, and accurate in handling product information
• Creative, proactive, and willing to learn
• Able to multitask and work effectively under pressure
• Proficient in Google Docs, Google Sheets & Canva
• Comfortable using social media platforms and preparing digital marketing content
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Previous experience in marketing, digital content creation, or inventory management is an advantage
