Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to drive our online presence and growth through strategic planning and execution. This role is pivotal in developing and managing comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and search engine optimization (SEO), while also overseeing website development and performance. The ideal candidate will leverage advanced knowledge of Go High Level to streamline marketing workflows, enhance customer engagement, and support team success.

This part-time position offers a competitive hourly rate of $8–$10 AUD and is ideal for a proactive professional eager to lead initiatives that directly impact brand visibility and conversion.

Responsibilities:
- Design and implement data-driven digital marketing strategies across social media, email, and SEO platforms
- Develop, maintain, and optimize company websites to ensure high performance and user engagement
- Utilize Go High Level to manage automation workflows, CRM systems, and marketing funnels
- Create and execute targeted email marketing campaigns with measurable KPIs
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools to refine strategies
- Lead and mentor a digital marketing team to ensure alignment with business goals and timelines
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain competitive advantage

Requirements:
- Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong track record in SEO, social media, and email marketing
- Expert proficiency in Go High Level (GHL) for automation, CRM, and campaign management
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage websites using modern tools and best practices
- Strong leadership and team management skills with experience guiding marketing teams
- Analytical mindset with experience using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and email marketing platforms
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
- Availability for full-time commitment with a flexible schedule to meet campaign deadlines

Pay: Php340.00 - Php440.00 per hour
