About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to join the team at Soggy Entertainment Production. This is a full-time position based in Cebu City, Cebu, where you will take the lead in developing and executing our social media strategy across all platforms. In this role, you will be instrumental in building and nurturing our online communities, driving brand awareness, and delivering engaging content that resonates with our audience. This position is pivotal to our marketing efforts and will directly contribute to the growth and visibility of Soggy Entertainment Production in the digital landscape.

What you'll be doing

• Develop, plan and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business objectives and brand guidelines
• Create, curate and manage engaging content across multiple social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter and LinkedIn
• Monitor social media channels and respond promptly to comments, messages and inquiries from followers and customers
• Build and nurture online communities, fostering meaningful engagement and loyalty amongst followers
• Analyse social media metrics and performance data to track campaign effectiveness and provide insights for continuous improvement
• Collaborate with creative, marketing and production teams to develop innovative content concepts and campaigns
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends, platform updates and industry best practices
• Manage social media advertising budgets and campaigns to maximise reach and engagement
• Create reports and presentations on social media performance for stakeholders and senior management
• Identify opportunities for brand partnerships and collaborations with influencers and content creators

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar account management role within the advertising, media or entertainment industry
• Expertise in managing multiple social media platforms and a strong understanding of platform-specific best practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling, brand-aligned content
• Proficiency in social media analytics tools and ability to interpret data to inform strategy and decision-making
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously
• Creativity and innovation in content development and campaign conceptualisation
• Experience with social media advertising platforms and campaign management
• Knowledge of current trends in entertainment, media and popular culture
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Familiarity with content creation tools and design software is advantageous
• Experience with video content creation and editing is highly desirable
