Job Overview

Saunak Films is looking for a creative and result-oriented Social Media Manager to manage the company’s social media platforms, develop engaging content, improve brand visibility, and drive audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Plan and execute monthly social media content calendars.
• Create engaging posts, reels, stories, videos, and captions.
• Coordinate with the graphic design, video editing, and production teams for content creation.
• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase followers, reach, and engagement.
• Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences.
• Manage social media campaigns, promotions, and paid advertisements.
• Analyze social media performance using insights and analytics tools.
• Respond to comments, messages, and audience inquiries professionally.
• Ensure consistent branding and timely posting across all platforms.
• Generate creative ideas for promotional campaigns and brand awareness.
• Prepare regular performance reports and suggest improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in social media management.
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Good content writing, communication, and creative skills.
• Knowledge of social media analytics and advertising tools.
• Basic understanding of Canva and video editing tools will be an advantage.
• Ability to plan content, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects.
• Knowledge of current social media trends and digital marketing strategies.
