Social Media Content Creator - In House

Casual | 20 Hours Per Week | 3 Days Per Week | In-House

We are looking for a creative and organised Social Media Content Creator to join our beauty equipment wholesale business.

This is an in-house casual role working approximately 20 hours across 3 days per week. You will be responsible for creating engaging social media content, showcasing our beauty equipment, supporting product launches and helping grow our online presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and schedule content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and other social platforms
• Film and edit reels, short-form videos and product demonstrations
• Create graphics, promotional material and social posts using Canva
• Photograph and video beauty equipment, products and showroom content
• Assist with content planning and monthly social media calendars
• Write captions, product information and marketing content
• Use ChatGPT to assist with content ideas, captions, scripts and marketing material
• Promote new products, offers, training and equipment launches
• Monitor comments, messages and social media engagement
• Keep content organised and consistent with our brand
• Assist with email marketing and other digital marketing tasks when required
• Work with our sales and training teams to create useful customer-focused content

Skills & Experience

The successful applicant must be:

• Confident and highly computer literate
• Experienced using Canva
• Confident using ChatGPT and AI tools
• Comfortable creating and editing social media content
• Confident filming videos and creating reels
• Creative with a good eye for branding and presentation
• Organised and able to manage a content schedule
• A strong written communicator
• Comfortable learning about beauty equipment and treatments
• Able to work independently and take initiative

Experience within the beauty, aesthetics, salon, skincare or equipment industry would be highly regarded but is not essential.
