About the Role
Responsible for creating engaging, trend-driven, and high-performing content that strengthens brand awareness, drives audience engagement, and supports marketing campaigns across digital channels. The role leads short-form video content production while providing graphic design support for campaigns, social media, store marketing, and franchise initiatives.

Content Creation & Short-Form Video Production
Create engaging, relevant, and platform-optimized content that increases brand visibility, audience engagement, and campaign performance across social media channels.
Creative Execution & Turnaround Excellence
Provide fast, reliable, and high-quality creative support that enables timely execution of marketing and business initiatives.
Graphic Design & Campaign Support
Provide creative design support for marketing campaigns, promotions, store marketing requirements, and franchise initiatives while maintaining visual consistency across all brand touchpoints.
Content Creation & Short-Form Video Production
- Develop creative concepts, storyboards, scripts, and content ideas aligned with marketing objectives.
- Plan, shoot, edit, and publish short-form video content for TikTok, Facebook, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and emerging platforms.
- Create content for product launches, promotions, events, partnerships, seasonal campaigns, and store activations.
- Produce lifestyle, product-focused, educational, promotional, and behind-the-scenes content.
- Participate in content planning and brainstorming sessions with the marketing team.
- Stay updated on platform best practices, audience behavior, and content trends.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand standards and communication objectives.
Creative Execution & Turnaround Excellence
- Manage day-to-day creative requests from marketing, operations, and business teams.
- Prioritize and execute creative requirements according to agreed timelines.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and production readiness of all creative outputs.
- Coordinate with suppliers, printers, photographers, videographers, and production partners when necessary.
- Maintain efficient creative workflows and project organization.
- Continuously improve turnaround times without compromising quality.
Graphic Design & Campaign Support
- Design social media graphics, promotional materials, and campaign assets.
- Create supporting visual materials for product launches, events, promotions, and partnerships.
- Develop creative assets for digital advertising, websites, email marketing, app campaigns, and e-commerce channels.
- Adapt campaign creatives into multiple formats and platform requirements.
- Support store marketing requirements including posters, standees, menu boards, banners, and point-of-sale materials.
- Assist in franchise marketing initiatives through creative development and design support.
- Ensure visual consistency across all marketing and communication materials.
- Maintain organized creative files, templates, and asset libraries for future use.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in content creation, graphic design, social media, or multimedia production.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects), CapCut or other equivalent creative tools.
- Strong skills in mobile content creation, video editing, photography, and visual storytelling.
- Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Knowledge of current content trends, social media best practices, and digital marketing principles.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Portfolio showcasing content creation, video editing, and graphic design work is highly preferred.
