Title: Content Marketing Coordinator

Role Overview
This role has been created to expand the marketing team's capacity in content, social media, influencer engagement, and general marketing support. The Content Marketing Coordinator will work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager, with a focus on growing into a Content Manager as the business scales.
Key Skills and Requirements
2–5 years' experience in a marketing, content, or social media environment (agency or retail background essential)
Proficiency in planning, creating, scheduling and managing content across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok is essential
Excellent written communication skills with attention to detail
Comfortable working across multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable working with product/image management tools, Canva experience is advantageous
Proactive, self-starter attitude with a genuine interest in fashion retail and brand building
Advantageous
- Experience working with content creators or influencer management
- Basic understanding of newsletter platforms or email marketing tools
- Exposure to community management or customer care environments
Key Responsibilities
1. Content & Social Media
- Assist the Digital Marketing Manager with populating and scheduling social media content across all platforms, aligned to the promotional calendar (Festive, Black Friday, Mother's Day, etc.)
- Assist with briefs and job flow co-ordination from the Digital Marketing Manager or Marketing Executive to the agency when required, including follow up communication
- Support Digital Marketing Manager with all Sale promotions (SMS and Paid Media) when required
- Liaise with the digital agency regarding UGC reposting and community management alignment
- Oversee weekly social media and newsletter content to stores for consistent brand alignment and offer support to the Lookbook marketing content
- Assist the Digital Marketing Manager with social media schedule planning
- Ensure product availability is confirmed before content goes live
- Confirm copy is correct, approved and in line with the brand identity
2. Influencer & PR Co-ordination
- Monitor social media channels daily for brand mentions, tags, and comments; flag UGC opportunities to the team
- Research and proactively identify content creators and influencers aligned to the Queenspark brand
- Compile influencer costings, proposals, and partnership options for management approval
- Manage and highlight fashion editorial, digital exposure and PR opportunities
- Track and feedback on influencer activity and brand exposure
3. Shoot & Production Support
- Assist with fashion shoot scheduling communication between photographers, stylists, and the broader team
- Coordinate smaller in house video production or shoot briefs should they be required
- Assist product packing and on-set coordination for fashion shoots
4. Product Document Support
- Support product availability checks for digital touchpoints and supply information to the broader team when required
- Support the updating of the marketing product document, images, SKUs, and availability information when required
- Support weekly newsletter image selects and brief preparation for the email vendor when required
5. General Marketing Administration
- Assist with any additional marketing tasks as directed by the team
