As a Marketing Specialist, you will be focused on leveraging marketing tactics and channels to create demand and leads to support the company’s highest goals. This will be done through a combination of creating & executing multichannel marketing strategies. This person will be required to execute marketing efforts by the direction of the head of marketing to achieve the team’s most important number (MIN).
This role requires a scrappy and experienced professional who is willing to execute elements of each campaign. This means they are capable of rolling up their sleeves and solving capacity problems themselves either by writing copy, editing a workflow, peeking into analytics, or directing an agency/vendor to get a job done. We know that not all functions of marketing can be done by one person - even the most amazing marketing specialist, but this role particularly requires a person who can execute certain tactics themselves when necessary to get results.
Outcomes You Are Responsible For
Outcomes are tangible and measurable items that are core to your role and cultivate the value that we pay for you to create. These are core outcomes that allows you to know if you are winning in your role.
1. Execute High-Impact Webinars That Drive MQL Growth and Engagement
Why this matters: Webinars are one of Rotate Digital's highest-leverage tools for attracting, warming, and converting home-service company owners into qualified leads. Execution quality directly impacts how the industry perceives us and how many new MQLs enter the pipeline every month.
How success looks:
- Webinars (monthly) are planned, promoted, and executed on time with zero dropped balls
- Registrant counts are consistently hitting or exceeding the monthly target
- New MQLs generated from each webinar are tracked, segmented, and handed off intentionally
- Post-webinar follow-up is structured, timely, and drives continued engagement
- The webinar experience feels polished, professional, and worth showing up for
- Every webinar produces repurposable content that feeds other channels
2. Own the MQL Journey and Drive Intentional Nourishment That Moves People Toward Sales
Why this matters: Without intentional nourishment, the people that are engaging with Rotate Digital will time out after 90 days and disappear without ever talking to our team. Owning this journey means owning a huge piece of the pipeline.
How success looks:
- Every MQL has a clear, documented experience from entry to exit
- MQLs are receiving intentional, valuable touchpoints throughout their 90-day window
- Engagement rates on MQL communications are tracked and improving over time
- New MQLs (especially first-time webinar registrants) are identified, flagged, and personally touched by sales
- The MQL list is growing month over month and contributing to booked sales conversations
- Nobody is timing out without having experienced real value from Rotate Digital
Important KPIs:
- MQL to Opportunity Rate
- Time to SQL
- Unsubscribe/Opt-out Rate
- Time-Out Rate
3. Maintain a Consistent, Intentional Organic Social Media Presence That Builds Brand Authority
Why this matters: Organic social is Rotate Digital's testing ground and trust-builder. It keeps us top of mind for the moving company owners already in our ecosystem, attracts new ones, and feeds the paid ads engine with proven content. If we're not showing up consistently, we're invisible.
How success looks:
- A minimum of 3 posts per week are going out across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok
- Content is intentional, on-brand, and focused on value, not just filling a calendar slot
- Follower counts, views, and engagement are tracked weekly and trending in the right direction
- Organic content directly informs what gets tested in paid ads
- There is always a content calendar in place at least 2 weeks ahead, no scrambling at the end of the month
