The Marketing Officer is responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns, events, and promotions that increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and foot traffic across BIBO, ISWING, and PLAYNATION branches.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and events.
- Manage social media content and digital marketing activities.
- Coordinate with branches, partners, and suppliers for campaign execution.
- Support mall activations, tournaments, and community events.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports.
- Ensure consistent brand standards across all marketing materials.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 2–3 years of marketing experience, preferably in retail, entertainment, F&B, or hospitality.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and content creation.
- Strong communication, organizational, and project coordination skills.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
- Willing to travel to branches and work on weekends or holidays when events require.
Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
