MARKETING ASSOCIATE
Awards Central Philippines Inc. is seeking a motivated and organized Marketing Associate to support the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing activities that promote the company, strengthen brand awareness, and contribute to business growth.
JOB SUMMARY
The Marketing Associate will assist in developing and implementing marketing campaigns, preparing promotional materials, coordinating marketing activities, managing digital content, and supporting initiatives that increase brand visibility and customer engagement.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in planning and implementing marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Develop and coordinate marketing materials for products, services, and company initiatives.
- Assist in managing social media accounts and digital marketing activities.
- Create and coordinate content for social media platforms, websites, and other communication channels.
- Monitor social media engagement, campaign performance, and marketing metrics.
- Conduct market research and monitor industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Production, and other departments for marketing-related activities.
- Assist in organizing events, product launches, promotional activities, and company campaigns.
- Maintain and update marketing databases, records, and documentation.
- Coordinate with suppliers, agencies, and other external partners when necessary.
- Prepare marketing reports and presentations for management.
- Ensure that marketing materials and campaigns are aligned with company branding and guidelines.
- Perform other marketing-related duties as assigned by management.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- With at least 1 year of experience in marketing, digital marketing, social media management, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates with relevant internship or project experience may be considered.
- Knowledge of social media platforms, digital marketing, and content creation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and preferably familiar with Canva or other content creation tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative, organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
- Strong coordination, time management, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willing to work on-site in Quezon City.

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
