Location & Schedule
- Location: Remote (International / Global Talent)
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM CST
- Note: Must be fully available to operate and collaborate during US Central Standard Time hours.
Compensation

What You'll Be Doing
- Social Media Management: Oversee and scale all Beige social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.), developing strategies that aggressively grow organic engagement.
- Content Creation & Branding: Produce original, high-quality marketing assets (copy, graphics, and short-form video) that reflect Beige’s premium brand standards.
- Asset Optimization: Organize and manage Beige’s extensive library of photo and video assets for seamless marketing execution across various channels.
- Campaign Execution: Work closely with leadership to design, launch, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (SEO, paid ads, and email marketing).
- Market Research & Analysis: Track, analyze, and report weekly on campaign performance, consumer behavior, and industry trends to ruthlessly improve marketing ROI.
Who We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications:
- Elite English Proficiency: 10/10 fluent written and spoken English with exceptional professional communication skills.
- Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, and running growth campaigns.
- Creative Technical Skills: Strong hands-on graphic design and video editing capabilities using tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, or similar.
- Fluency with digital marketing platforms and ad managers (Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, etc.).
- Comfortable operating autonomously in fast-moving, high-pressure environments without needing constant supervision.
- Extreme ownership and self-initiation—you don’t wait around to be assigned tasks; you identify trends and build campaigns proactively.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and project management skills.
Preferred / Major Plus:
- Deep experience within media, content production, technology, entertainment, creator economy, or marketplace startup ecosystems.
- Advanced proficiency using AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, automation platforms) to accelerate content workflows.
- Familiarity with modern remote productivity tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Asana, Notion).
