About Compass & Bonita
Compass & Bonita is a growing business specialising in sanitary ware, bathroom products, home décor, furniture and interior products. We are looking for a creative, commercially minded Marketing Manager to help grow our brand, customer base and sales.
The Role
The Marketing Manager will take responsibility for developing and executing marketing strategies across digital and traditional channels. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in interior design, home décor and bathroom products, with the ability to understand our product range and turn it into engaging marketing content.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, enquiries and sales.
* Manage social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
* Create engaging content including reels, videos, product photography, promotions and campaigns.
* Manage and optimise Meta/Facebook and Instagram advertising.
* Generate quality leads and track marketing performance and ROI.
* Manage website content, Google Business Profile and online presence.
* Plan promotions, product launches and seasonal campaigns.
* Create marketing materials including flyers, brochures, catalogues and in-store promotions.
* Research competitors, trends and customer preferences.
* Build relationships with interior designers, architects, contractors, property developers and influencers.
* Work closely with the sales team to convert marketing enquiries into customers.
* Develop a strong understanding of our sanitary ware, bathroom, furniture and home décor products and communicate their features and benefits effectively.
Requirements
* Previous experience in marketing or digital marketing.
* Strong social media and content creation skills.
* Experience with Meta Ads; Google Ads is advantageous.
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
* Creative eye and genuine interest in interiors, décor and design.
* Ability to work independently and take initiative.
* Experience with Canva or similar design tools.
* Strong commercial mindset with a focus on generating leads and sales, not just engagement.
Industry experience in sanitary ware, bathroom retail, home décor, furniture, interior design, construction or property will be highly advantageous.
