Job Summary

By helping organisations access life-saving first aid training and essential medical supplies, you'll play a key role in growing our commercial services while supporting our charitable mission of putting the power of first aid into everybody's hands.
We're looking for an experienced Marketing Campaign Manager to lead the planning, coordination and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across our Training and Supplies portfolios. This is a pivotal role for a highly organised project manager who thrives on bringing people together, managing multiple priorities and ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, on budget and to a high standard.
Working at the heart of our commercial marketing team, you'll act as the central coordinator for campaign delivery, developing detailed project plans, managing timelines, dependencies and stakeholder activity from initial brief through to launch and post-campaign evaluation. Collaborating with colleagues across Marketing, Sales, Product and Operations, as well as external agencies, you'll ensure every campaign is executed seamlessly and delivers measurable commercial impact.
