Junior Real Estate Videographer & Creative Designer

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Videographer & Graphic Designer to help produce engaging visual content across social media, digital marketing, websites, campaigns, and internal communications.

Key Responsibilities

• Film and edit short-form and long-form real estate video content.
• Create social media videos, reels, promotional videos, and branded content.
• Develop graphics for social media, digital campaigns, presentations, and marketing materials.
• Assist with photography and basic image retouching.
• Conceptualise creative ideas and translate briefs into compelling visual content.
• Maintain consistent brand identity across all visual assets.
• Assist with video shoots, lighting, audio, camera setup, and production.
• Manage and organise video, photo, and design assets.
• Work with the marketing team to meet content calendars and deadlines.
• Stay up to date with social media trends, visual styles, and content formats.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or equivalent video-editing software.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator; InDesign is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of After Effects / motion graphics is an advantage.
• Good understanding of composition, typography, colour, lighting, and visual storytelling.
• Basic photography and videography skills.
• Understanding of social-media formats and platform requirements.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Equipment Knowledge

Candidates should ideally have experience with:

• DSLR / mirrorless cameras
• Basic lighting equipment
• Microphones and audio recording
• Tripods, gimbals, or stabilisers
• Basic video-production workflows

Qualifications

• Diploma, degree, certificate, or relevant training in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Film, Photography, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
• A strong portfolio can be considered in place of formal qualifications.

Pay: R9 762,11 - R15 000,00 per month
