Mzanzi Tech is looking for a motivated Junior Marketing & Sales Assistant to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in marketing, administration, sales, and the exciting cellphone repair and technology industry.
What You'll Be Doing
Assist with creating and managing social media content.
Promote our products, services, and training programmes.
Help generate leads and grow brand awareness.
Engage professionally with customers both online and in-store.
Support marketing campaigns, promotions, and special events.
Assist with administrative duties and office operations.
Prepare quotations, invoices, and basic reports.
Learn about cellphone repairs, accessories, and the mobile technology industry.
Support the sales team by assisting customers and recommending products and services.
Capture customer information accurately and maintain records.
Meet daily and weekly sales and marketing targets.
Work closely with the marketing, sales, and operations teams.
What We're Looking For
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
Passion for social media, marketing, and sales.
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office and social media platforms).
Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
