The Influencer Marketing Research Intern will work closely with the Influencer Marketing team and be responsible for creator research, profile analysis, data collection, sorting, and maintaining influencer databases for campaigns.

This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, comfortable working with data and spreadsheets, active on social media, and interested in understanding the influencer and creator ecosystem.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

• Research and identify relevant Instagram creators/influencers based on campaign requirements, niche, location, audience, and content category.

• Review Instagram profiles and collect relevant information including followers, average views, engagement rate, content performance, niche, location, and other campaign-specific metrics.

• Calculate and maintain metrics such as Engagement Rate, CPV (Cost Per View), average views, and other relevant performance metrics.

• Sort, filter, organize, and maintain creator information accurately in Google Sheets / Excel.

• Prepare and update influencer databases with creator profiles, links, metrics, pricing, contact details, and other relevant information.

• Use relevant influencer research and analytics tools to research and evaluate creators.

• Maintain accurate and updated records across multiple creator lists and campaign sheets.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀

• Freshers / candidates with 0–6 months of experience are welcome.

• Google Sheets / Excel: Strong working knowledge of sorting, filtering, organizing, and maintaining data.

• Data Accuracy: Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large amounts of information accurately.

• Instagram Research: Ability to review and understand creator profiles, content, audience, and performance.

• Analytical Skills: Basic understanding of metrics such as views, engagement rate, reach, and CPV.

• Research Skills: Ability to find, compare, verify, and organize creator information.

• Social Media Knowledge: Good understanding of Instagram and the influencer/creator ecosystem.

• Core concepts of Influencer Marketing with practical exposure to live campaigns.

• Hands-on understanding of creator research, profiling, and influencer data analysis.

• Understanding of different creator categories — Nano, Micro, Macro, and Mega influencers.

• Practical knowledge of influencer metrics including Engagement Rate, CPV, average views, reach, and performance.

• Exposure to influencer research, analytics, and creator discovery tools.

• Understanding of how brands identify and shortlist creators for different campaigns.

• Practical experience working with Google Sheets / Excel and influencer databases.
