Facilitator & Marketing Coordinator

Role Description: This exciting role combines training, community engagement, business development support and digital marketing. The successful candidate will facilitate entrepreneurship and enterprise development programmes while helping promote SAIE's work through social media and community outreach.

Requirements:

• Experience in facilitating training, workshops or community development programmes.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Confident engaging with community groups, schools, municipalities and stakeholders.
• Passion for entrepreneurship and community development.
• Creative with experience managing Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram and other social media platforms.
• Ability to create engaging social media content, take photographs and short videos during programmes.
• Strong administrative and report-writing skills.
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office and Canva will be an advantage)
• Valid drivers licence and own reliable transport.
• Must be mobile and willing to travel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate entrepreneurship and skills development programmes.
• Promote SAIE programmes within the communities and with stakeholders.
• Develop and schedule engaging social media content.
• Capture project success stories, photographs and videos.
• Assist with marketing campaigns, events and exhibitions.
• Support proposal development and business development initiatives where required.
