Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and data-driven E-Commerce Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across our online channels. You'll be responsible for growing online sales, building brand presence on e-commerce platforms, and driving customer engagement through data-backed strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Platform & Campaign Management
- Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns on TikTok Shop, and other e-commerce platforms
- Coordinate mega-sale events (9.9, 10.10, 11.11, 12.12) end-to-end — from planning to post-campaign analysis
- Manage product listings, pricing, and promotional mechanics on each platform
- Hit Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Yearly sales target. Engagement Target.
Digital Marketing & Content
- Develop and execute social media content strategies (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)
- Create engaging copy, visuals, and video content that drives conversions
- Collaborate with KOLs, influencers, and brand ambassadors for partnerships and campaigns
- Manage paid ads (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads) to maximize ROAS
Analytics & Optimization
- Monitor and analyze key metrics: traffic, conversion rate, AOV, ROAS, CAC
- Conduct competitor benchmarking and market research
- Generate weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights
- Use data to continuously improve campaign performance and customer journey
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with merchandising, design, and supply chain teams on product launches
- Coordinate with customer service to address feedback and improve satisfaction
- Support the brand team in maintaining consistent visual and brand identity online
QualificationsMust-Have
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field

1–3 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or related roles
- Hands-on experience with at least one major platform: Shopee, Lazada, or TikTok Shop
- Strong understanding of SEO/SEM, paid ads, and social media marketing
- Proficient in Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and e-commerce dashboards
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Filipino
Nice-to-Have
- Experience in beauty, cosmetics, or FMCG industry
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar)
- Video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar)
- Knowledge of KOL/influencer marketing in the Philippines
- Familiarity with CRM tools and email marketing platforms
