The Brand Officer supports the Marketing team in executing campaigns and bringing brand strategies to life. From brief to production, launch, and reporting, you’ll help make sure every campaign runs smoothly.
You’ll work closely with internal teams, partners, and suppliers to coordinate campaign requirements, manage timelines, and ensure marketing initiatives are delivered on time, on-brand, and according to plan.
You help turn marketing ideas into actual, well-executed campaigns.
Responsibilities
1. Campaign Execution & Implementation
- Assist in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns, promotions, launches, and brand initiatives.
- Translate campaign strategies into detailed execution plans, timelines, deliverables, and action items.
- Coordinate with Digital, Creative, Store Marketing, E-commerce, Operations, Franchise Relations, and other relevant teams to ensure campaign readiness.
- Track campaign deliverables and deadlines from briefing through implementation.
- Ensure all campaign assets, mechanics, materials, and communications are aligned with approved plans.
- Monitor campaign rollout across stores, digital platforms, e-commerce, events, and other relevant touchpoints.
- Flag delays, gaps, risks, or execution issues to the manager and recommend solutions.
2. Brand Management & Consistency
- Help ensure consistent application of the brands across campaigns, stores, digital platforms, partnerships, events, and marketing materials.
- Maintain and organize brand guidelines, campaign references, templates, and marketing materials.
- Support the implementation of brand standards across franchise and corporate touchpoints.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen brand visibility, relevance, and consistency.
3. Project & Stakeholder Coordination
- Act as a key coordination point between the Marketing team and other departments.
- Consolidate requirements, feedback, approvals, and revisions from stakeholders.
- Coordinate with suppliers, agencies, production partners, KOLs, event partners, and other external stakeholders when needed.
- Follow up on deliverables and ensure stakeholders are aligned on timelines and responsibilities.
- Maintain campaign trackers and project documentation.
4. Store & Campaign Implementation
- Support the rollout of nationwide campaigns and promotions across company-owned and franchise branches.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure stores receive complete and accurate campaign materials and instructions.
- Monitor implementation of campaign POPs, merchandising, signage, promotional materials, and other physical touchpoints.
- Conduct implementation checks and consolidate store feedback.
- Identify execution gaps and coordinate corrective actions.
5. Campaign Monitoring & Reporting
- Track campaign implementation and key performance indicators based on campaign objectives.
- Consolidate sales, engagement, traffic, participation, and other relevant campaign data.
- Prepare campaign performance updates and post-campaign reports.
- Document campaign learnings, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
6. Partnerships, Events & Activations
- Support the execution of brand partnerships, collaborations, events, and on-ground activations.
- Coordinate requirements, timelines, assets, logistics, and deliverables with partners and internal teams.
- Ensure partner deliverables are fulfilled according to agreed arrangements.
- Assist in monitoring events and activation performance.
- Help identify potential brand partnership and activation opportunities.
7. Marketing Operations & Administration
- Maintain campaign calendars, trackers, project timelines, and marketing databases.
- Prepare campaign briefs, implementation checklists, coordination documents, and presentations as needed.
- Assist in monitoring marketing-related budgets, quotations, purchase requests, and supplier deliverables.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Advertising, or a related field.
- At least 2-4 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media, or related roles.

2–4 years of experience in brand marketing, campaign management, trade marketing, events, account management, or a similar role. Experience in FMCG, food & beverage, retail, hospitality, or franchise businesses is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, writing, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
