Road Genius is looking for an experienced, hands-on digital marketing specialist to take ownership of social media, email marketing, content planning and campaigns across Camper Champ/Road Genius and our wider portfolio of websites.

This is not a people-management role. We need someone who can quickly assess what is in place, identify opportunities, develop a practical plan and execute it with minimal supervision.

What you’ll do

• Audit our current website, social media, email and marketing activity.
• Develop and implement a prioritised 90-day marketing plan with a clear focus on quick wins in the first 30 days.
• Build and manage social media, email and campaign calendars.
• Create, schedule and publish content across relevant channels.
• Plan and execute campaigns from concept through to follow-up.
• Manage newsletters, promotional emails and automated email sequences.
• Develop initiatives to increase reviews, engagement and customer trust.
• Monitor performance and improve activity based on results.
• Use AI tools to support planning and production while maintaining quality and brand consistency.

What we’re looking for

• At least 5 years of hands-on digital marketing experience.
• Strong experience across social media, email marketing and campaign execution.
• Experience personally creating and implementing marketing activity—not only managing agencies or teams.
• Good visual judgement and the ability to create social media concepts and basic creative.
• Strong written English, organisation and attention to detail.
• A proactive approach with minimal need for day-to-day direction.
• Approximately three to four hours of weekday overlap with Australian Eastern time.

Experience in travel, marketplaces, e-commerce, affiliate marketing or consumer websites would be highly regarded.
