About the Role:

We are seeking a Digital Performance Specialist who will be responsible for translating strategic direction into actionable initiatives and applying the Performance DNA methodology across performance marketing, funnel optimization, e-commerce, and sales. In this role, you will ensure the achievement of client KPIs, shape viable monthly briefs, and lead reporting using the 3W framework.

As a Digital Performance Specialist, you will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Managing paid media campaign planning, setup, and implementation across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
• Leading reporting and insights using the 3W framework (What happened, Why it happened, and What will be done next) with clear recommendations.
• Identifying and executing optimization opportunities across paid, CRM, and organic channels to improve overall campaign performance.

What We Are Looking For:

To qualify for this role, you should have:

• A Degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 3-5 years' experience in performance marketing, digital strategy, or e-commerce, ideally within an agency environment.
• Strong expertise in performance marketing, funnel optimization, and e-commerce strategy.
• Excellent client communication and presentation skills, with a track record of improving client profitability.
