About the role
We are looking for a data-driven, growth-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to join our talented marketing team to assist our B2C & B2B customer acquisition efforts.
The ideal candidate will have significant direct-response advertising experience who lives for delivering on business KPIs, improving conversion rates, optimised funnels, and measurable ROI.
This is a hands-on role focused on driving growth for our Yuno group companies (Yuno Energy, PrepayPower & firmus energy) through performance-led paid and organic digital marketing. The role will report into our Senior Digital Marketing Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with our internal marketing team and agency partners to deliver best in class performance-led digital marketing activities to meet agreed KPIs and support the acquisition strategy for the Yuno group companies.
- Work closely with our media agency partners to develop and execute end-to-end performance marketing campaigns across Google (all campaign formats), Bing, Meta & TikTok to deliver a full funnel strategy with a primary focus on direct response.
- Collaborate with our SEO/GEO agency partner to drive organic growth through traditional and AI-driven search.
- Manage group organic social media channels working with our agency partners to ensure all activity aligns with and enhances our overall organic strategy.
- Support the management and updating of group websites which would include the creation and updating of webpages, continuous optimisation of both mobile and desktop user experience and analysing of our customer journeys to improve conversion rates. Have a clear understanding of the customer journey from initial click to conversion, identifying and fixing friction points.
- Collaborate with creative agency to produce high-performing creative and persuasive direct-response advertising that triggers action.
- Support the digital marketing activities through our group partnerships to maximise the commercial opportunity and report on effectiveness of each partner campaign.
- Leverage internal feedback from sales and customer support to align our acquisition strategy with our customer needs.
- Monitor daily key business performance metrics including leads, sales, installs, cost per lead, cost per acquisition and return of investment.
- Independently conduct analysis to interpret our data into clear, actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
- Have an in-depth oversight of the marketing funnel for each channel to quickly identify what is working but more importantly what it not.
- While this role reports into our Senior Digital Marketing Manager, you'll also provide regular performance reporting to the Group Head of Marketing and senior stakeholders across the wider business — going beyond the 'what' to explain the 'why.
- Act as the internal digital subject-matter expert, advising key stakeholders on best practice.
- Ensure all digital touchpoints are on-brand, compliant and customer-centric.
- Closely monitor developments within our industry and recommend opportunities that will lead to having positive impact on performance.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise:
- Minimum of 4-6 years' digital marketing experience working within B2C specifically in a performance-led environment.
- Demonstrated track record in direct response campaign delivery and measurement.
- Proven expertise in Paid Search, Paid Social, and SEO/GEO to drive customer acquisition.
- Experience managing organic social media channels including Facebook and Instagram.
- Proven experience collaborating with external agencies.
- Results-driven, goal-oriented with strong numeric ability to drive data-led decisions.
- Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills and communication skills
- Proactive, self-starter who enjoys having accountability and ownership.
- Ability to work across multiple brands daily.
- Experience working with Google Ads, Bing, Meta, GA4, Google Tag Manager and Google Search Console.
- Experience using AI tools to enhance their role in digital marketing.
- Confident working with data, analytics, and performance reporting.
