Digital Marketing Manager

The Digital Marketing Manager leads HAIL's digital marketing initiatives to strengthen brand awareness, increase customer engagement, generate qualified leads, and drive business growth across the HAIL Mobility Ecosystem. The role is responsible for developing and executing integrated digital marketing strategies, managing online channels, optimizing digital campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and enhancing HAIL's online presence. The Digital Marketing Manager works closely with Sales, Operations, and other business units to deliver impactful marketing campaigns that support the Company's strategic objectives.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Strategic Marketing

• Develop and implement HAIL's overall digital marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Create annual and quarterly digital marketing plans, campaigns, and budgets.
• Identify market trends, customer insights, and competitive opportunities to improve marketing performance.
• Recommend innovative digital marketing initiatives that enhance customer acquisition and retention.

Brand Management

• Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all digital platforms.
• Strengthen HAIL's online presence and brand reputation.
• Maintain brand guidelines for all digital communications and marketing materials.

Social Media Management

• Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media platforms.
• Build and grow online communities while increasing audience engagement.
• Monitor social media performance and implement strategies to improve reach and engagement.
• Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and online feedback in coordination with relevant departments.

Digital Advertising

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other digital channels.
• Manage advertising budgets and maximize return on investment (ROI).
• Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements based on analytics.

Website & SEO

• Oversee website content, user experience, and functionality.
• Implement Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategies to improve website visibility and organic traffic.
• Coordinate website updates and landing pages for marketing campaigns.

Content Marketing

• Develop compelling digital content including articles, videos, graphics, newsletters, and promotional materials.
• Collaborate with designers and content creators to produce high-quality marketing assets.
• Ensure all content supports HAIL's branding and marketing goals.

Email Marketing & Lead Generation

• Design and manage email marketing campaigns for customer acquisition, retention, and engagement.
• Develop lead generation initiatives that support Sales objectives.
• Maintain and optimize customer databases and marketing automation tools.

Analytics & Reporting

• Monitor key digital marketing metrics and campaign performance.
• Prepare regular reports and dashboards on marketing effectiveness.
• Utilize analytics tools to drive data-informed marketing decisions and continuous improvement.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with Sales, Operations, Product, and Customer Service teams to execute integrated marketing campaigns.
• Support product launches, promotional activities, and corporate events through digital marketing initiatives.
• Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and media partners as necessary.

Compliance

• Ensure all marketing activities comply with Company policies, branding standards, advertising regulations, and applicable data privacy laws.
• Protect HAIL's online reputation through proactive monitoring and issue management.
