We are looking for a Junior Digital Marketer to join our fast-growing Facebook Ads marketing company. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and launching client ad accounts, writing compelling ad copy, and ensuring campaign success. This role requires attention to detail, a strong willingness to learn, and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.

What we do:

We specialize in helping businesses generate and convert high-quality leads through Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads, and strategic marketing solutions.

Compensation:

Salary: R7 500 per month (with potential growth based on performance within 3-months to R15 000 per month).

Training & Development:

We provide full onboarding and training to help you succeed. You'll receive hands-on experience, mentorship, and ongoing support to manage your skills in ad management, client relations, and marketing strategy.

The Process:

1. Candidates will be selected through an interview process.
2. Selected candidates will begin training and onboarding.
3. The candidate will start managing clients within 1 week.

Responsibilities:

-Manage and optimize Facebook ad campaigns

-Write compelling ad copy that converts

-Coordinate with the graphics team

-Communicate with clients and provide updates

-Oversee projects and ensure smooth execution

-Generate reports and analyze campaign performance

-Set up and manage tracking for ads and conversions

Skills & Requirements:

-Experience with Meta Ads Manager

-Client management experience

-Graphic design understanding

-Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

-The candidate must be on a professional speaking and writing level in Afrikaans and English.
