From our Perth HQ, we work across ecommerce, major retail partners and global markets including Australia, the US and Europe.

We’re looking for an organised, digitally savvy Ecommerce & Digital Assistant to join our growing team and support the day-to-day execution of our ecommerce and digital activity.

The Role

Reporting to the Head of Ecommerce & Digital, you’ll support the team across our websites, promotions, product launches, digital marketing and ecommerce operations.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who loves ecommerce, digital marketing, data and working in a fast-paced brand environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assist with the day-to-day management of the Mermade Hair ecommerce websites
• Upload and update products, imagery, pricing, promotions and website content
• Assist with Shopify website merchandising and product collections
• Support new product launches and promotional campaigns across ecommerce
• Schedule website banners, landing pages and promotional updates
• Assist with email and SMS campaign setup, briefing and scheduling
• Coordinate digital assets required for website, email and campaign activity
• Assist with reporting across ecommerce sales, website performance and campaign results
• Help monitor stock availability and ensure online product availability is kept up to date
• Support SEO initiatives, including website content updates, keyword implementation, metadata and on-page improvements
• Assist with digital advertising activity across Meta/Google/Tik Tok

About You

You’ll be highly organised, proactive and comfortable juggling multiple priorities. You will be able to work 7am till 3pm in our Mt Lawley office.

Ideally, you will have:

• 2 years' experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, retail, beauty or a related university degree
• Experience using Shopify, Klaviyo & digital advertising platforms
• Strong attention to detail
• Good written communication skills
• Confidence working with spreadsheets and reporting
• The ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment
• A proactive attitude, you’re someone who notices what needs to be done and gets it done
