Creative Marketing Manager

Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 per year, plus annual bonus

Happy Money is a fully remote consumer finance company offering simple, transparent loans through credit unions and banks. It wants a hands-on creative lead to own design and content across every channel as it rolls out a refreshed visual identity.

The role:

• Own creative strategy and design for the website, paid social, paid search, email, direct mail and organic social
• Be the on-camera face of Happy Money on Reels, TikTok and YouTube Shorts
• Plan, script, shoot and edit short-form video and tell customer stories
• Build a creator and influencer programme
• Test creative, track performance and decide what to scale or cut

You'll need:

• 5+ years in graphic design, creative or content marketing
• A portfolio covering ads, email, print, web and video
• Expert Figma and Adobe Creative Suite skills, plus a mobile editor like CapCut
• Confidence on camera and a track record growing organic social
