Communications Internship (12 months)

Salary: £28,476 starting salary plus benefits

Siemens Mobility develops transport solutions for rail. This 12-month placement sits in the Siemens Mobility UKI Central Functions business unit, which provides operational, financial and administrative support across the UK and Ireland. As an intern you'll work on real projects, build business skills and join a structured development programme with professional skills training and coaching.

What you'll do

• Work in a busy communications team supporting campaigns and day-to-day activities
• Develop your written and verbal communication skills by creating content for different audiences
• Use internal, external and social media channels to share engaging messages
• Help plan and deliver events and communications activities

What you'll need

• A 2:1 or above, achieved or on track, in Marketing, Communications, Business or an English-related degree
• Logical thinking, a willingness to self-learn and research, and a creative approach to problems
• The ability to work independently, safely and responsibly, taking ownership of challenges and ideas, with an interest in driving change
• Enjoyment of collaborating with others to find solutions
• Unrestricted right to work in the UK now and in the future; applicants needing sponsorship can't be considered
