About The Social Creed
The Social Creed is a UK-based specialist marketing agency operating within the prop-trading and wider financial-services industry.
We help companies grow through:
- Influencer and affiliate marketing
- Short-form content production
- Social-media and brand strategy
- Creator-led acquisition campaigns
- Market-entry and expansion strategies
Our work has generated more than two million views across Instagram, TikTok and X. Content produced for Prop Firm Match averaged approximately 90% more views than its internally produced content, while another campaign increased a prop firm’s daily affiliate revenue by 64.9% within 14 days.
Our existing marketing model is proven. We are now looking for an experienced fintech growth leader to help us scale it, develop new growth channels and expand our position beyond prop trading into the wider fintech industry.
The Opportunity
We are hiring a commercially driven Chief Growth Officer with substantial experience growing fintech or financial-services companies.
This person will be responsible for developing and executing The Social Creed’s overall growth strategy. This includes scaling our existing client-acquisition model, establishing new growth channels, developing strategic partnerships, strengthening our offers and identifying opportunities across the wider fintech market.
We are not simply looking for someone to manage outreach or book appointments. We need an experienced growth leader who can consistently identify new opportunities, turn them into executable strategies and produce measurable commercial results.
The successful candidate will combine senior-level strategic judgement with a willingness to remain hands-on during this stage of the company’s growth.

- Scale our existing outbound and relationship-led acquisition model
- Increase the volume and quality of qualified client opportunities
- Develop acquisition campaigns across email, LinkedIn, X, WhatsApp, industry events and other relevant channels
- Improve targeting, qualification, messaging, follow-up and meeting attendance
- Build a predictable pipeline of businesses capable of purchasing recurring services
- Analyse which channels, campaigns and client segments produce the highest-quality revenue
- Reduce the company’s dependence on the founder personally sourcing every opportunity
Strategic partnerships
- Build relationships with fintech companies, trading platforms, brokers, industry events, media organisations, comparison platforms and financial communities
- Develop structured referral and introduction programmes
- Identify white-label, channel-partnership and strategic-alliance opportunities
- Turn The Social Creed’s existing industry relationships into consistent sources of new business
- Represent the company professionally in conversations with senior fintech decision-makers

- Build dashboards covering pipeline, qualified calls, proposals, conversion rates and revenue
- Forecast pipeline and expected revenue accurately
- Measure customer-acquisition costs, channel performance and sales-cycle length
- Document successful processes so that they can be repeated by a growing team
- Recruit and manage future growth, business-development and sales personnel

- At least eight years of relevant experience across growth, commercial strategy, marketing, business development or revenue generation
- Significant experience in a senior growth or commercial role within fintech or financial services
- Evidence of helping scale a large, established or high-growth company
- A demonstrable record of generating substantial B2B pipeline and revenue
- Experience developing and launching new acquisition channels, partnerships or market-expansion strategies
- Experience working across multiple fintech products, markets or customer segments

- Experience using CRM systems and analysing complete sales funnels
- Confidence presenting to founders, executives and senior decision-makers
- Strong written and spoken English
- The ability to work effectively within a fast-moving remote company
Fintech or financial-services experience is an essential requirement. Applications without demonstrable experience in this sector will not be considered.
The Ideal Candidate
You are likely to be someone who:
- Has operated at a senior level but remains comfortable executing personally
- Can demonstrate exactly how your work increased pipeline, revenue or market share
- Understands both the structure of a large company and the urgency of a growing business
- Regularly identifies opportunities that other people overlook
- Can distinguish an interesting idea from a commercially viable growth opportunity
- Uses evidence, testing and financial outcomes to make decisions
- Has a strong network across fintech, financial services or related sectors
- Is capable of building a growth department rather than simply joining one
- Takes full ownership without waiting for detailed instructions
This Role Is Not Suitable for Someone Who
- Has no meaningful fintech or financial-services experience
- Has only worked in social-media management or content creation
- Is primarily an appointment setter seeking an executive title
- Produces strategies but does not execute them
- Cannot provide measurable examples of company growth
- Focuses on impressions and activity rather than pipeline and revenue
- Requires a large existing team before being able to deliver results
Performance Measures
Performance will be assessed using:
- Qualified pipeline created
- New monthly recurring revenue
- Number and quality of sales opportunities
- Revenue created through new channels
- Strategic partnerships established
- Successful expansion into additional fintech segments
- Proposal-to-client conversion rate
- Cost per qualified opportunity and acquired client
- Average sales-cycle length
- Cross-selling and client-expansion revenue
- Accuracy of pipeline and revenue forecasts
- Number of validated growth opportunities successfully implemented
The role will not be measured solely by the number of meetings booked. Commercial quality, collected revenue and sustainable company growth are the priority.

- Conduct a detailed audit of our current model, clients, positioning and acquisition channels
- Analyse how previous clients were acquired, converted and retained

- Scale the strongest elements of our existing acquisition model
- Launch structured partnership, referral and outbound initiatives
- Identify and validate additional fintech markets
- Improve our offers, positioning and commercial materials
- Build a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities
- Document the processes required to expand the growth department
Compensation
- £2,000–£4,000 per month, based on experience and track record
- Additional performance incentives linked to qualified pipeline, collected revenue and sustainable growth
- Initial three-month probationary period
- Long-term opportunity to build and lead The Social Creed’s complete growth function
