UK Government Plans to Require Salary Transparency in Job Adverts
In a huge win for job seekers, the UK government has announced plans that would require employers to include salary information in job adverts as part of new pay transparency laws. If this becomes law, employers would need to share salary details (or a salary range) before candidates apply or, at the very latest, before an interview.
