About the role

Canterbury Creative House is seeking an experienced and highly creative Senior Videographer & Video Producer to join our growing team.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can confidently manage video productions from concept through to delivery, producing high-quality commercial, corporate, real estate and digital content.

We're looking for someone with strong technical skills, creative flair and the confidence to independently lead shoots, manage clients and deliver exceptional work.

Key responsibilities

• Video production: plan, direct and film high-quality commercial, corporate, real estate and social media content
• Post-production: edit, colour grade and deliver polished video content to a professional standard
• Creative development: contribute to concepts, storyboarding and creative direction for client campaigns
• Project ownership: independently manage productions from initial brief through to final delivery
• Client management: confidently communicate with clients, direct talent and manage on-location productions
• Team collaboration: work alongside our Digital Marketing and Design teams to deliver engaging, results-driven content
• Equipment management: maintain and manage camera, lighting, audio and production equipment

The ideal candidate

You'll have proven professional videography and editing experience, a strong portfolio, excellent communication skills and the ability to take ownership of projects without constant supervision.

Most importantly, you'll bring creativity, initiative and a genuine passion for producing outstanding visual content.
