About the Role

Portsmouth Football Club is looking for a versatile and creative Video & Design Executive to join its Marketing & Communications team.

You will create high-quality video and design content across the club, working across selected matchdays, first-team activity, Pompey+, marketing campaigns and commercial projects.

The ideal candidate will be confident filming, editing and designing, with strong creative judgement and the ability to manage multiple briefs and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Professional video production experience and strong Adobe Creative Cloud skills are essential. Experience within football, sport or another fast-paced content environment is desirable.

The role includes regular evening, weekend and matchday work.

Key Responsibilities

Video

• Plan, film and edit content across matchdays, training, interviews, features, player announcements and behind-the-scenes activity.
• Produce regular content for Pompey+ and the club's digital channels.
• Support post-match requirements, including interviews, highlights, goal clips and replays.
• Operate professional camera, audio and lighting equipment.

Design

• Create assets for marketing campaigns, social media, digital channels, commercial activity, matchday screens, LED displays and club events.
