The Storytelling Communications Manager will lead Deel’s global storytelling communications, leveraging first-party data, executive insights, industry trends, and thought leadership to reach Deel’s key audiences. You will leverage these resources to create a unique point of view for Deel and its executives across social media, traditional press, and new media publications.

The role will include ownership of DeelWorks, Deel’s digital future of work publication, and creation of data reports, like the Global Hiring Report. In this role, you will leverage industry trends, breaking news, and hot topics, alongside Deel data, to position Deel as a thought leader in broader industry conversations. Sitting at the intersection of media relations, social strategy, and thought leadership, you will help the team transform high-quality analytics and market trends into distinctive, relevant stories, while building strong relationships with HR, workplace, business, and other key industry press.

• A strong understanding of the US media landscape, and a clear perspective on emerging media channels and how brands can tell their stories beyond traditional outlets

For commercial roles with commission eligibility, this figure represents On-Target Earnings (OTE), inclusive of base salary and target commission.

Your offer will be localized to your country's currency using a market-aligned conversion.
