We are looking for an experienced Social Media Strategist who can build strategies for our international women's clothing brands and, most importantly, grow Instagram organically.
What You'll Do
- Develop social media strategies for US/international fashion brands
- Build and execute organic Instagram growth strategies
- Increase followers, reach, engagement, saves & shares
- Develop Instagram Reels, Stories, carousel & campaign strategies
- Analyze competitors, audience behavior and social media performance
- Plan influencer & UGC strategies
- Develop platform-specific strategies for Instagram, TikTok & Pinterest
- Track KPIs and continuously optimize the strategy
- Work with our designers, photographers and video editors to execute your strategy
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of Social Media Strategy experience
- Proven experience growing Instagram accounts organically
- Experience with international/US fashion, apparel or eCommerce brands
- Strong understanding of Instagram algorithms and organic growth
- Experience with influencer marketing & UGC
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking
- Ability to show real growth results and case studies

We need someone who can answer:
"What is the strategy, why will it work, and how will you grow the account?"
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
