About the role

Yinergy Philippines is seeking a creative, data-driven, and tech-savvy Social Media Marketer to elevate our digital footprint, amplify our brand messaging, and engage our growing community of solar professionals and end-users. You will develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across multiple platforms tailored for solar installers, contractors, and clean energy enthusiasts.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and execute a comprehensive social media content calendar across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) tailored for solar installers, contractors, and clean energy enthusiasts
• Design high-converting, visually compelling social media graphics, carousels, infographics, and short-form video assets that effectively communicate complex technical features into digestible, engaging posts
• Actively monitor social channels, respond to inquiries, guide prospective dealer leads to the sales team, and build a strong, responsive online community around the Yinergy brand
• Track, analyze, and report key social media metrics (engagement rates, reach, lead generation, and follower growth) to continuously optimize content strategies and campaign ROI
• Coordinate closely with the technical and sales teams to highlight product launches, technical roadshows, installer training programs, and local success stories
• Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, social media algorithm shifts, and the local renewable energy landscape to keep Yinergy's brand presence fresh, innovative, and competitive

About you

• Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, content creation, or a related field
• Experience in the tech, engineering, or solar/renewable energy sector is a strong advantage
• Proficient in graphic design and content editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent)
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills with the ability to translate technical product specs into engaging, clear social media copy
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools, ad management platforms, and scheduling software
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
