WHO WE ARE:
We are a new company, built around a single product – Block Report. We combine
cultural data analysis with non-traditional creative solutions to help brands create
positive talkability. Work that gets talked about in the real world, not the brand
world.
It means that the type of work we create will be weird but good, weird. We might;
persuade a brand to take another brand to court, create a fundraiser to buy a
competitor’s secret recipe, launch new product lines, create unexpected partnerships -
anything to drive positive talkability for the brand.
It’s what we call “Fame Beyond the Feed” and we’re obsessed with it.
In under a year. we’ve generated over organic 47 million views across only 21 productions
and have started working with some of the most recognisable and well-loved brands in Britian.

And, in 2026 we were named by Campaign as one of the ‘top agencies to watch’ and came 2nd
in Start-up Agency of the Year (don’t ask who came 1st)

WHERE YOU COME IN:
We’re the only business in the UK doing what we do. We’re unwavering in our belief
that our single product, Block Report, can have a disproportionate impact on a
client’s brand and their wider business. And we’ve got the receipts to prove it.
Now we need someone who brings an obsessive understanding of internet culture,
eye for a golden opportunity and an unfiltered approach to execution that can help
make Block Report’s clients among the most famous and talked about in the land.
We’re only a year in, which makes this an important hire. But it also makes it a rare
opportunity: the right person won’t just grow revenue; they’ll help shape how this business
actually runs and hopefully grow with it.
We’re Looking For…
Internet Culture Obsessives
You should have an instinctive understanding of not just how internet culture works,
but what it takes for a brand to become famous in it. We want someone armed with
memes, trends, talking points and emerging creators that we haven’t heard about
yet but can make our brands unbeatable on social. If there’s a golden opportunity
for one of our brands to react to, you should be able to spot it and turn it into
something we can put in front of a client same-day.
Unfiltered Executors
We’re more WTF social than BAU social. We don’t want someone who is just going to
play nicely in the comments section, we want someone who is going to help us build
brands that behave in ways that would shock your nan and get your mates talking
about down the pub. They need to be able to shoot and edit.
Creative Lane Drifters
You will be someone who can improve our agency’s creative firepower, both within
the domain of community management but also in our Writers Room sessions where
we come up with the ideas that make a Block Report. You should be equally
comfortable cooking up and pitching ideas solo and contributing to fast-paced
collaborative environments. You don’t need to be a grand master at creative tools, but skill with Capcut / Photoshop will go a long way.
Authentic.
We believe in the power of freaks and geeks, you should revel in being yourself and
use it to build trust with people fast.
SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
• Always on the pulse – able to be a fountain of internet knowledge for our
agency
• Proficiency in creative tools (Capcut / Photoshop)
• Confident developing and delivering ideas with little oversight
• Can articulate the value of community management in client settings
convincingly and with passion
• Can demonstrate how they have helped deliver fame for brands on social
