Role Description

We are seeking a creative and independent Content Manager to handle video and audio editing, social media management, and digital content promotion. The role involves transforming raw recordings provided by our team into engaging, professionally produced content, managing publication across digital platforms, and developing strategies to increase audience reach and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit video and audio recordings for YouTube, podcasts, radio programs, and social media.
• Produce short-form videos, Reels, Shorts, and promotional clips from longer recordings.
• Create subtitles, thumbnails, graphics, captions, and other supporting content.
• Manage content scheduling, publishing, and promotion across digital platforms.
• Monitor content performance and improve audience engagement.
• Coordinate with presenters and the team to maintain content quality and publishing schedules.
