• Drive insurance business through assigned bank branches and achieve monthly/annual business targets.
• Manage and develop relationships with bank branch teams to maximize customer acquisition and cross-selling opportunities.
• Lead, coach and monitor the banca sales team to ensure productivity and consistent performance.
• Ensure effective implementation of sales strategies, campaigns and branch-level business plans.
• Track business performance, identify gaps and drive corrective actions to achieve cluster-level growth and profitability.
