About the role

The Producer, Creative Delivery owns the end-to-end production of Australian Red Cross content, bringing our impact to life through compelling video, photography and digital storytelling.

From planning through to delivery, you will manage content collection, budgets, timelines, suppliers, post-production and stakeholder engagement to ensure content is delivered efficiently and in line with our ethical storytelling principles.

Alongside producing content, you will maintain oversight of our video and photography assets, consent requirements and content library, ensuring content is accurately logged, tagged, accessible and readily available to support organisational priorities.

Day to day you will

  • Lead the end-to-end production of video, photography and digital content, from briefing and planning through to final delivery.
  • Plan and manage content collection activities, including logistics, schedules, budgets, suppliers and production resources.
  • Partner with program teams, subject matter experts and stakeholders across the organisation to identify and deliver content that supports strategic priorities.
  • Manage photographers, videographers, editors and other creative partners to deliver high-quality content on time and within budget.
  • Work closely with the creative delivery team and broader stakeholders on shotlists, scripting and storytelling requirements to to ensure content is fit-for-purpose across channels and audiences.
  • Apply ethical storytelling principles throughout the content collection and post-production process, ensuring informed consent, dignity, privacy and safety are upheld.
  • Maintain accurate records of content assets and consent documentation, ensuring content is tagged, searchable and readily accessible.
  • Manage and grow the organisation's content library, identifying opportunities to maximise the value and reuse of existing content.

What you will bring

  • Significant experience producing content across the full production lifecycle, from pre-production through to post-production.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, budgets, timelines and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of video, photography and digital content production.
  • Experience managing content assets, consent processes and production documentation with a high level of accuracy and organisation.
  • Strong knowledge of ethical storytelling practices and working with people sharing lived experience.
  • Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to bring structure to complex projects.

Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build trusted relationships across a complex organisation.
