Marketing Officer

Salary: ₱20,000 – ₱30,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Campaigns & Promotions

• Plan and execute in-store, online, and seasonal promotions
• Create marketing calendars for branch activities and events
• Coordinate with operations and branch teams to implement campaigns

Digital & Social Media Marketing

• Manage and update Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms
• Create captions, posts, and promotional materials
• Monitor online inquiries and customer engagement

Branding & Collaterals

• Ensure consistent branding across all branches
• Coordinate with suppliers for posters, tarpaulins, flyers, and standees
• Review and approve marketing materials before printing

Partnerships & Events

• Develop partnerships with schools, malls, and community groups
• Organize birthday promos, tournaments, and special events
• Assist in mall events, branch openings, and roadshows

Sales & Performance Monitoring

• Track promo performance, foot traffic, and campaign results
• Prepare marketing reports and recommendations
• Suggest new ideas to improve customer reach and revenue

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
• At least 1–2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in retail, F&B, or entertainment
• Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Strong knowledge of social media and digital marketing
• Creative, organized, and detail-oriented
• Willing to visit branches and attend events when needed
