About the Role
Reporting to the Head of Marketing Strategy, the Marketing Manager – Visitor Experience is a 12-month, full-time fixed-term opportunity leading the development and delivery of marketing initiatives that enhance the visitor experience and support commercial outcomes across food and beverage, loyalty programs, tours and onsite activations.
You’ll work across a broad range of projects, developing engaging campaigns, patron communications and visitor offers that encourage audiences to make the most of their time at QPAC.
This is a highly collaborative role that works with teams across the organisation, using customer insights and data to drive engagement, improve experiences and deliver measurable results.
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop and deliver integrated marketing campaigns that enhance the visitor experience and support commercial outcomes.
- Create engaging content and communications across digital, social, print and onsite channels.
- Drive visitor engagement initiatives, activations and promotional campaigns that encourage attendance and repeat visitation.
- Use customer insights, research and campaign performance data to inform decision-making and optimise results.
- Lead visitor experience projects and collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation to deliver exceptional outcomes.
- Develop and promote hospitality, loyalty and visitor experience offers linked to productions and events.
- Manage and grow QPAC’s loyalty programs to strengthen patron engagement and retention.
- Build effective relationships with internal teams, suppliers and external partners.
- Monitor customer feedback and identify opportunities to continuously improve the visitor experience.
- Manage project budgets and ensure campaigns and initiatives are delivered effectively.
About You
You are a strategic and creative marketing professional who understands how to engage customers and deliver meaningful experiences. You enjoy balancing big-picture thinking with hands-on delivery and are confident managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
You'll bring:
- Significant experience developing and delivering integrated marketing campaigns and customer engagement initiatives within complex, customer-focused environments.
- Strong digital and creative capabilities, with experience developing high-quality marketing content and collateral across digital, social, print, and on-site channels.
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to independently manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building capabilities.
- A commercial mindset, with the ability to interpret customer insights, behavioural data and campaign performance to identify opportunities and improve results.
- Experience managing project budgets and expenditure.
- Experience within visitor experience, hospitality, tourism, arts, entertainment or other customer-focused environments will be highly regarded.
- Tertiary qualifications in marketing, design, communications or a related discipline will be advantageous.
- Experience using Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent platforms will be highly regarded.
