We are seeking a data-driven and audience-focused Marketing Manager to drive growth, engagement, and conversion for Invictus Games Birmingham 2027.
This is a unique opportunity to build and scale the audiences behind a global sporting movement - from ticket buyers and volunteers to supporters and communities across the world.
With the support of a direct report Marketing Executive, you will lead performance marketing, CRM, email, and paid social activity through our agency partner, Goodform, ensuring every campaign is targeted, measurable, and optimised for impact.
Your work will directly influence how many people engage with the Games, attend, volunteer, and become part of the Invictus story.
This is a full time, fixed term role to 31 October 2027 with a start date of as soon as possible.
The salary (range) for this position is £50,000- £60,000 per annum (depending on experience).
This role shall be based at either our Birmingham main office or London office and flexible, hybrid working arrangements are available with the Organisation. Travel to Birmingham as required if based in London.
