Marketing Executive

Aran Island Ferries, a leading tourism brand, is recruiting a Marketing Executive as part of the marketing team to increase brand awareness and sales. The ideal candidate will have previous marketing experience and will drive online and offline marketing projects, playing a key role in brand development and lead generation.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Campaign Management: Plan, execute and track paid and organic campaigns across search engines, email, and social media platforms as well as offline channels.

Content Creation: Develop content for website, email campaigns and social media, as well as offline assets including print material.

SEO/AEO: Optimize online content to improve rankings across all channels.

Email Marketing: Build and deliver email marketing campaigns, including segmentation and lifecycle messaging to drive repeat bookings.

Analytics and Reporting: Track and report on performance across all online and offline channels.

Market Research: Analyze consumer behavior, market trends, and competitor activities.

Database Maintainence: Ensure information is accurate, updated and easily accessible.

Provide general administration support if required.

Other duties relating to sales and events may arise from time to time.

Desired Skills and Experience

Honours Degree in Commerce, Business, Marketing or equivalent.

2-3 years digital marketing experience with responsibility for managing paid advertising.

Experience with tracking and optimization tools.

Fluency in English essential. Fluency in Irish is an advantage.

Knowledge of the tourism sector.

Highly organised, detail oriented with a strong ability to multi-task.

Driver's licence is an advantage.

This job will entail regular travel to the Aran Islands
