Marketing Associate

Salary: ₱40,000 – ₱45,000 per month

Location: Taguig City, Metro Manila

Main Responsibilities

This role will be in charge of department admin affairs and provide data, report, documentation support and assistance to supervisors. The main responsibilities include but not limited to the following items:

• Support campaign managers in the overall project management to ensure campaign's timely delivery.
• Identify and engage with community advocates who are equally passionate about tech and the brand
• Execute community and engagement strategies for brand campaigns and product campaigns
• Implement retention strategies to ensure long-term engagement of our fan base
• Track and analyze key community metrics and identify room for further growth
• Handle inventory management of all marketing inventories related to Huawei Community, as well as distribution and monitoring
• Help to do documentation management according to rule/compliance.
• Assist in unit deliveries and meeting management
• Assist in managing ex-deal KOLs/KOCs, gathering and analyzing data, and submission of completion reports

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above, preferably with marketing or communication subjects or related field
• Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Strong command of English, preferably proficient in English
• Cross-functional expertise and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and complex environment
• Results and solution-oriented professional who has the capability for building solid relationships on both the creator and business level
• Good communication skills
