Junior Social Media & Content Coordinator

We’re looking for a creative, organised and social-media-savvy Junior Social Media & Content Coordinator to join our team.

What you’ll be doing

Social Media & Content

• Create and schedule content for Instagram and Facebook
• Develop fresh social media and content ideas
• Manage monthly content planning and content calendars
• Create Reels, Stories and static social content
• Capture simple photo and video content using a phone
• Edit short-form video content using tools such as Canva
• Write engaging captions and social media copy
• Keep up with relevant social media trends, formats and audio
• Repurpose existing photography, video and brand assets into social content

Meta Business Suite

• Schedule and publish content through Meta Business Suite
• Manage the content calendar and ensure posts go out according to schedule
• Monitor comments, messages and basic engagement
• Keep an eye on post performance and flag content that is performing particularly well
• Assist with basic monthly social media reporting

Creative & Product Support

• Assist with simple product design
• Create basic product assets and marketing materials
• Make small design edits and updates to existing artwork
• Prepare files and content for use across social media, email and the website

Pay: R10 000,00 - R17 000,00 per month

Work Location: In person
