Community and advocacy
Manage and grow the Content Circle, our community of content creators, from mission briefs through to review and execution on our internal platform.
Manage our Employee Advocacy Programme, engaging employees to share brand content externally in exchange for rewards.
Keep both communities engaged, monitor performance and regularly source opportunities to feature our people and try relevant trends and formats.
Content and brand
Create video, audio, graphics and copy for Virgin Family, serving our 63,000 people worldwide, and Virgin Central, serving our 400 people at Virgin Group HQ.
Shoot, edit and design social-style content that supports campaign goals, acting as the team’s lead for visual, video and copy needs.
Champion the Virgin Family brand, keeping storytelling distinctive, consistent and focused on our people and their impact on customers across every asset and channel.
Maintain a shared content library so the team can find and reuse assets easily.
