Digital Marketing Specialist – Social, Email, WhatsApp, SEO & Google Ads

Full Job Description

World of Speciality Coffee supplies cafés, restaurants, hotels and brands with specialty beans, white-label roasting, coffee equipment, consumables and barista training. We need a hands-on Digital Marketing Manager to own our online channels and turn them into enquiries and wholesale leads.

This is not a brand-only or events role. You will plan the work and do the work across email, WhatsApp, social media, the website and Google.

What you will own

• Email — lists, offers, newsletters, automations; track opens, clicks and enquiries
• WhatsApp Business — broadcasts, catalogue, chat-to-enquiry, Status content, POPIA-safe list hygiene
• Social — Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn (TikTok if it earns its place): calendar, community, organic and paid
• Website — keep wosc.co.za current and built to convert (pages, forms, offers, tracking)
• Google — Business Profile, Search / remarketing ads, SEO basics, Search Console, GA4
• Content — seasonal coffees, café-partner stories, equipment and training offers
• Reporting — simple weekly numbers: traffic, leads, cost per enquiry, social, email, WhatsApp
• Hand qualified leads to sales quickly

Requirements

• 3–6 years hands-on digital marketing, not only strategy documents
• Proof you have run email, social and Google (Ads and/or SEO) yourself
• Comfortable using WhatsApp Business as a B2B sales and marketing channel
• Clear commercial writing; Canva or similar is a plus
• Tools: Meta Ads, Google Ads, GA4, an email platform, WhatsApp Business, a basic CMS
• Coffee or FMCG / foodservice / hospitality experience is useful, not required
