Digital Marketing & Localization Executive

We are a family business of 7 Hotels in Ireland & UK, and we are trying to drive more direct business from Asia (specifically Japan), while at the same holding on to our EU/UK/USA current business.

Pay is €36,605 per year, with 39 hours in a 7 day week; with 10 public holidays & 20 annual leave.

We are looking for someone who can drive sales via localization of online marketing from USA to Asia.

• Deliver localized marketing assets targeting international growth markets, specifically the Japanese visitor sector
• Lead social media, content, and paid campaigns
• Create engaging digital and visual content
• Support front-end website maintenance and online search visibility
• Track performance data across social and web platforms to improve business results
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Search Console, and performance reporting tools
• Proficiency in Facebook/Meta Business Studio
• Digital photography, videography, and video editing formats for ads & multiple platforms
