Salary: £29,542 per year, rising in set steps to £33,673 over the scheme
Location: Yeovil, with flexible and hybrid working where service needs allow
Hours: Full-time, 37 per week
Contract: Two-year fixed term on Somerset Council's Graduate Scheme

Somerset Council's Flood Resilience Programme team is hiring a Design and Marketing Graduate to support creative communications, branding and marketing across a multi-agency programme focused on reducing flood risk.

The role:

• Create design and marketing materials for digital and print
• Support communications, campaigns and community engagement
• Carry out research and analysis to inform project work
• Help deliver projects and build relationships with partners and suppliers

You'll need:

• A relevant degree at 2:2 or above, obtained within the last 3 years
• Strong communication, organisation and time management skills
• Experience of research and working independently
• Good digital and technical skills
