About the role

The Content Specialist is responsible for planning, creating, managing, and optimizing digital content across PT Gaming's social media platforms. This role ensures consistent branding, drives audience engagement, supports marketing campaigns, monitors content performance, and maintains compliance with company and regulatory standards. The position also collaborates closely with cross-functional teams, influencers, and community managers while providing guidance to junior team members.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute content calendars and digital campaigns
• Create, publish, and manage content across social media platforms
• Maintain brand consistency and audience engagement
• Monitor campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations
• Collaborate with marketing, creatives, product, and external partners
• Ensure content complies with company policies and Responsible Gaming standards
• Support and mentor Content and Community Specialists

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
• At least 4 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, content creation, or gaming
• Experience managing B2C social media campaigns
• Strong communication, analytical, planning, and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Knowledge of social media analytics and performance metrics
